Vermonters helping Vermont residents with kidney disease and their families by:
Providing public and professional education on kidney disease—its nature, impact, treatment and prevention;
Generating and dispensing funds to help Vermonters with kidney disease and kidney failure;
Providing patient and family support including education for those with kidney disease;
Raising consciousness statewide about the need for deceased and live kidney donation.
